Comment fonctionne le vérificateur ?

1

L'IA l'analyse selon les règles du Système Tayebat.

Where does the answer come from?

The checker first looks the food up in the allowed and forbidden list documented on this site — items collected from the system's own sources, with their conditions. If the food is listed, the answer comes straight from the list and is labelled "From the official lists". If it is not, the food name or photo is sent to an AI model (from OpenAI or Anthropic) that estimates where the system would place it based on its general rules. That is an estimate and can be wrong, especially for mixed dishes, local names and branded products. Earlier results are saved to answer faster and are labelled "Saved".

How to read the result

  • "Allowed" means allowed by the Tayebat System's rules only — not that a food is healthy or safe for you. Sugar, dates and white rice are "allowed" daily in the system, and all of them raise blood sugar.
  • "Forbidden" does not mean a food is harmful. Many foods the system forbids — vegetables, legumes, eggs, milk and yoghurt — are recommended by the World Health Organization and national dietary guidelines as part of a healthy diet.
  • The colour zone shows how permitted an item is and how often the system allows it (daily, every other day, rarely). See the full colour-zone guide.
  • Mixed dishes usually take the colour of their least-permitted ingredient in the system's logic; if a result surprises you, check the ingredients one by one.

What the checker does not know

The checker knows nothing about your health or your medicines. It does not check for allergies or intolerances, food safety or freshness, or food–drug interactions, and it is not medical advice. If you have diabetes or any chronic condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication, read the medical safety page and discuss any change with your doctor — and never stop a prescribed medicine.

Tips for a more accurate result

  • Type the main ingredients rather than a brand name: "rice with chicken and peas" works better than the name of a ready meal.
  • For photos: one dish per photo, good light, and no faces or personal information.
  • If a result contradicts the lists or looks wrong, tell us so we can review it.

Privacy

The text or photo you submit is sent to the AI provider only to classify it. We keep the food name and the classification to answer later checks faster; for photos we keep only a digital fingerprint, never the image itself, and none of this is linked to your identity. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
